Yoga/Pilates Fusion

Learn to combine the benefits of two great mind/body disciplines.  Hatha Yoga focuses on increasing strength and flexibility to the entire body, while Pilates focuses on building strength in the core muscles.  Fusing these two disciplines into one class will help to achieve strength and flexibility.
