This
workshop will explore and deepen our knowledge base and practice of
limbs Six (dharana ) and seven (dhyana) of Patanjali’s eight limbs,
our heritage and our yoga history. Meditation is the practice and
process of paying attention and focusing our attention. When we
focus our awareness we gain more power and energy. As a Zen master
once said “you are entering a space of sacred emptiness”. This
workshop is for anyone ready to take our yoga practice and Pranayama to
the next step along our path to enlightenment. We will relax
the body, quiet the mind and open the heart.
