Breathing is so
simple and so obvious that we take it for granted, ignoring the power it
has over the mind, body and spirit. Pranayama is as essential to Hatha
Yoga as the breath is to human life. This workshop is designed to
expose the participant to the many techniques and benefits of
breath.
