Yoga can serve pregnant women by reducing mental and physical discomfort
during the structural, physiological and emotional changes that occur
during pregnancy. This course integrates current medical
recommendations and contraindications including practical sessions to
explore selections and modifications of Yoga practices during pregnancy.
