Balance is the ultimate mind-body practice. Inversions are the advanced expression of the balance practice. This course presents the theoretical background of how the human body balances. While many advanced asanas require exceptional balance, this, coupled with the practical business of preparation and training, brings the learner to success with intermediate and advanced balances and inversions.
