Join us in learning about this ancient seasonal approach to
re-attuning to your body's needs! Better understand the doshas and
the six tastes that help to balance our constitution. We will review
the 20 Gunas (hot/cold, etc.) and how to use them in simplifying our
everyday choices. The scope of the course includes making local,
fresh food and spice choices by season and personal constitution but
does not include herbal treatment.
