Participants will learn how to
put together a Yoga class for the senior population. Includes
discussions on physiological changes that arise as we age and
modifications to cope with these changes. Learn to make use of chairs,
props, strength, breath and meditation options in your class.
Contraindications for certain diseases/ailments indigenous to the senior
population will also be addressed.
