This seminar explores
the scientific evidence for the mind-body connection as well as the
effects of chronic stress and what you can do about it. Gain an
understanding of our unique mind-body makeup based on ancient healing
traditions such as Yoga and Ayurveda. Through this understanding, you
will be able to individualize a personal training/exercise/yoga
program to bring greater balance into your client's lives.
