RYT 200 Credential Program

Yoga Alliance Standards (RYT 200) 2006

The following is a list of FitnessEdNet courses that are applicable towards our 200-hour RYT program and the category they fall within.

C = Contact Hours
NC = Non-Contact Hours

In accordance with Yoga Alliance standards (as of 2006), to achieve the goal of completing a 200-hour RYT program, 180 of the 200 hours are required to be contact hours.

Final Category is Elective/Balance of hours. To complete the 200 hours it is required that the balance of hours come from any of the above courses and/or the following electives courses:

CPR (3 hour course)
Nutrition Basics (6 hour course)

Yoga/Pilates Fusion (4 hour course)
