FRA offers two unique Hatha Yoga Teacher
Training Programs taught in the Viniyoga style. You may begin with our
12-week (40 hours contact) certification and then you also have the
option to continue your training in our 200-hour Registered Yoga
Teacher Training Program to meet national standards. Experience
quality adult education in our affordable, non-residential programs
which uniquely blend western science with eastern tradition for
contemporary times.
